School Guidelines

To maintain the level of discipline in the school there are guidelines for Parents as we as Students.

GUIDELINE TO THE PARENTS

  • It will be obligatory for the students and parents to abide by the school rules in all respects and any new ones that come into force from time to time.

  • The school shall remain indemnified against all claims arising due to illness or any other accidents.

  • In the event the child is withdrawn from the school, all the fees due must be paid and the fee paid to the school will not be refunded.

  • Late reporting from leave/school attendance will be seriously reviewed.

  • Unsatisfactory progress in work may be amused by discontinuation from the roll.

  • Parents/Guardians are requested to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their child progress by paying attention to his/her homework, regularity, punctuality, and discipline and also y equipping the students with proper uniform prescribed textbooks stationery items.

  • The parents/guardians are requested to check their wards diary Homework, classwork regularly and daily and also see they do the work assign to them. They must be careful with respect to their attendance.

  • Any instruction/remarks made in the diary should be seen and countersigned by the parents/guardians. If any complaints, it must be mentioned in the diary.

  • Parents/Guardians are requested to deposit school fees within the time limit i.e. by the 10th of every month. Late payment means spending extra money and inconvenience to them and the school.

  • Parents are requested to check the uniform of their and its tidiness daily for maintaining the discipline of the school.

  • Parents/ guardians are requested to attend the parents-teachers meeting whenever it is organized and whenever they are invited to see day to day working of the school and nourishment of their wards.

GUIDE LINE FOR STUDENTS

  • All the students must possess a School Dairy, Text Books, Note Books, Stationary, etc.

  • Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. The school will not be responsible for any such loss. School Bus users must strictly observe the rules of school transport.

  • Application for leave must be submitted a day in advance. It should be countersigned by parent/Guardian.

  • Students must be neat and tidy.

  • Students are not allowed to leave the school campus during working hours unless the parents/ Guardians whose

  • Signatures are on the admission form and the school diary come in person.

  • School identity card must be with student on all working days.

  • Students should be regular in attendance.

  • Any damage to the school property by the students will have to be borne by the student's parents/guardians.

  • The School reserve the right to take stern action even to strike off the name of the student from the school rolls who

  • Are found guilty of misconduct.

School Supply

A Word of parents /guardians of the Boarders

  • All the above rules are meant for the parent/guardians of the borders also.

  • Boarders will not be allowed to go home off and on except when the school is closed for a longer period.

  • The parent will be allowed to meet their wards only once a week especially on Sundays with the permission of the Hostel Superintendent.

  • In case of any emergency operation or any other circumstances where the parent/guardians will authorize the principal/Hostel update. necessary action will be taken on their behalf.        

  • Boarders will not be allowed to keep valuable articles by amount/mobile etc in the Hostel.

  • Boarders will not be allowed to go out of campus for any private Tuition. Even parent's request won't be entertained.
