GENERAL RULES

  • Students should reach the school on time. Latecomers will be admitted into the class only with the permission of the principal they may also be asked to leave the school.

  • No student will be permitted in the class once the class beings.

  • Sty debts are required to attend the school in a neat, clean, and complete uniform on all working days.

  • Due to a valid reason, if any student is not in full uniform, the reason needs to be mentioned in the diary with the signature of the parent. He/She will be permitted in the class only with the permission of the principal.

  • School diary must be brought to school daily failing which a fine of Rs.2/- will be charged. If a student loses the diary or defaces he/she has to buy another diary immediately with a payment of Rs 30/-

  • English is the medium of instruction in the school. So English should be used at all times on the school premises.

  • Parents/guardians/ visitors are not allowed to visit their ward of teachers in the classroom without the permission of the principal.

  • Students are not allowed to remain in the class during recess.

  • Students shall go in line with classrooms, Practical rooms, and libraries.

  • Students will not be allowed to leave the school premises without the permission of the principal.

  • Students are expected to sort out their problems if any in dialogue with the teachers or Principal.

  • No subscription can be raised without the permission of the principal/ teachers. No sift is to be made to the staff & teachers.

  • Pupils shall have no money dealing with each either nor will they keep money with them.

  • Students who expect to return alter to their homes are responsible for informing their parents about it in advance.

  • It is not advisable for students to bring valuable articles to the school and to wear gold ornaments.

  • Students are expected to take care of the school property, and to keep their classroom, school building and the campus neat and clean.

  • Fines will be levied from the students who damage the school property also they will be dealt with severely.

  • Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to class teacher or the principal.

HOUSE RULES

  • Students are expected to arrive at the school at least 5 minutes before the scheduled spinning time.

  • School property should be treated as one's own property and should not be damaged. Anyone, who sees something damaged, should report the matter even if he does not know who has damaged it.

  • Money should not be lent or borrowed or articles exchanged. The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is advisable not to keep valuables like costly watches or pens or ornaments.

  • Bicycles must be kept locked. Students should not ride around the school ground on bicycles.

  • No student who has been suffering from any infections or contagious disease will be allowed to re-attend school unless a fitness certificate is furnished from a medical practitioner.

  • Students should participate in various activities. They should use the library/laboratory and should follow the rules of the library/laboratory.

  • Parents are requested to co=operate in the work of the school by enforcing regularity and discipline and by taking general regularly and note the teacher's remarks etc. They are further requested to visit the school from time to time to assess the progress of their wards.

  • Parents, both father, and mother, are specially requested to attend the PARENT'S DAY meeting(s) organized by the school, from time to time

College Library

LIBRARY RULES

  • All students of Std. III-X may borrow books from the library.

  • Students who keep books longer than the time permitted will be fined one rupee per day.

  • Each pupil is entitled to take out on loan one book at a time and keep the same for 5 days. Dictionaries, guides, and others.

  • costly reference books shall not be lent out.

  • Issue of books may at any time be suspended by order of the principal.

  • All books taken from the library should be returned two weeks before the examination.
